By booking, you agree that you’ve reviewed and understand all details of The Santa Experience.
Once your reservation is placed, Melissa will reach out within 48 hours to confirm your appointment and chat about the magic waiting for your family.

The $105+tax ($112 total) session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session within 6 months at Melissa’s discretion.

• Please share your home address (Your billing address does not save) Your child will have mail delivered to them ♥

🎅 CANCELLATION & ILLNESS POLICY (2025)

A full refund will be issued if Santa himself is unable to attend due to illness.
If your child has been under the weather — fever or any other symptoms — in the days leading up to your session (or the morning of), please contact the studio as soon as possible.
Any last-minute openings will be offered to families on the waitlist.
